How long until my order ships?
All items are made by hand in our studio. Production times for each design are listed in the item description, with most Made to Order pieces shipping within 1 month of the purchase date. Couture and vintage jewelry pieces ship within 3 days of purchase date. See individual items for specific times.
What are the options for shipping?
All items are shipped to address given in Paypal. Lo Boheme is not responsible for errors in shipping due to outdated or incorrect Pay Pal shipping addresses. If the address on your Pay Pal account is incorrect please email us at loboheme@gmail.com immediately with the correct address with the subject line ADDRESS CHANGE, and your full name.
US Orders: All pieces are shipped USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation for 2-3 business day arrival time. The cost is $8 for one item, and $2 for every additional item purchased.
International Orders: All packages shipped outside of the US are shipped using USPS First Class mail, delivery times vary by country, and are not guaranteed, however on average they take 2-3 weeks. These items do not come with tracking numbers or delivery confirmation. Lo Boheme is not responsible for any delays or errors due to customs. If you would like your order to be shipped using USPS International Express Shipping for an additional fee please email us immediately after you purchase your piece to obtain a price quote and delivery time. Prices for Canada, and Australia are $30, and most other countries start at this price as well.
Express Shipping: We do offer overnight or next day delivery for items delivered within the US. We use USPS Express shipping and the cost is $20 total. If you would like Express Shipping for your package please email us at loboheme@gmail.com after your purchase and we will send you an invoice for the additional amount.
How do I know which color will coordinate best with my wedding gown?
Colors available for each item are listed in product description. But we often get questions about “how white is your white, or how dark is your ivory.” Although we try to capture our products with as much accuracy as possible, each computer screen can differ. Therefore if you have any questions about specific color matching please email us BEFORE you make your purchase or You can purchase a fabric of feather swatch for $3 in our shop. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases for mismatched colors.
My wedding is in 2 weeks, can you get it to me in time?
For most of the year we can accommodate rush orders on most “Made to Order” pieces, however in the height of wedding season (late spring to mid summer) this may not be possible. The cost for a rush order is an additional $30 per piece, and production time is usually half of the regular time. Please email us before purchasing your piece and we will do our very best to accommodate you. How do your head pieces attach?
We use silver rhodium and silver plated alligator clips, combs, and headbands for all of our designs. Please see individual product listings for specific attachment information.
I have a specific idea in mind, do you offer custom work?
We take pride in our custom work. Due to the large number of orders we receive, we only take on a limited number of custom commissions a month, so feel free to email us for availability, more information, and pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, credit and debit cards via our secure online processing system.
