Production Times

All items are made by hand in our studio. Production times for each design are listed in the item description, with most Made to Order pieces shipping within 1 month of the purchase date. Couture and vintage jewelry pieces ship within 3 business days of purchase date. See individual items for specific times.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for an additional $30 and can be completed within 10 days of purchase. Rush orders are also available for bridal party orders, however please email us for a quote.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please see below for location specific shipping information.

Domestic
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with arrival within 2-3 business days. Packages come with tracking. Express mail is also available for an additional fee.

International Orders
For your safety and protection we highly recommend that you upgrade to USPS International Express mail. This shipping method comes with a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Shipping times vary by country, however on average packages arrive around 7-10 business days. Lo Boheme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or custom delays.

If you do not choose to upgrade to USPS express shipping your package will be shipped USPS first class mail. This method does not come with tracking or a guaranteed arrival date, for some countries packages can take up to 1 month or longer. I want to order pieces for my entire bridal party, do you offer multiple order discounts?

We are happy to offer discounts for orders or 5 or more products. Please see the breakdown below for savings:

Order 4-7 Products Receive 10% off your ENTIRE PURCHASE

Order 8 or more Products Receive 15% off your ENTIRE PURCHASE

How do I know which color will coordinate best with my wedding gown?

Colors available for each item are listed in product description. But we often get questions about “how white is your white, or how dark is your ivory.” Although we try to capture our products with as much accuracy as possible, each computer screen can differ. Therefore if you have any questions about specific color matching please email us BEFORE you make your purchase or We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases for mismatched colors.

I have a specific idea in mind, do you offer custom work?

We take pride in our custom work. Due to the large number of orders we receive, we only take on a limited number of custom commissions a month, so feel free to email us for availability, more information, and pricing.

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please read all descriptions and ask any questions before purchasing a product to ensure you are happy. We understand it can be hard to shop online so feel free to email us with any questions you may have!
